Well Ergon which comes highly recommended from my colleagues and friends at Cisco and MIcrosoft. They know the science of ergonomics – that’s the picture given. I bought my first post-COVID chair from Featherlite and frankly that wasn’t my wisest investment or decision. I heard about Well Ergon after my first purchase and regretted that I didn’t know beforehand. But soon we were looking for a second chair and this time I went straight to Well Ergon and I am so glad I did that. From the first phone call to enquire about different models to the day after 30 days of purchase, it’s been such a pleasant journey. Rakshit who was my advisor did such a great job throughout the journey guiding me.
First call, he noted down the requirements for whom the chair was meant for etc. I told him it’s for my son who is a 6-ft plus guy with long legs. He immediately suggested “Milano” model which be the the apt fit for him – someone with long legs. And he had a valid explanation for the same – that the minimum height of the base itself would be comfortable for him without having to withdraw the legs in. From there it gives flexibility to adjust height further up, and in all positions, he would be comfortable. And one more thing is the depth of the base of the chair which will ensure there is not a big gap between the edge of the chair and the knees. We got the chair delivered on same day and we tried it. Liked many aspects of it but for some reasons the back rest of the chair was a little stiff and not so freely moving if you want to swing. Even after a week of usage, when Rakesh heard my concern, he immediately arranged for a truck which came with 4 different models of chairs other than Milano and we were asked to try out all and pick one. Naples was something my son really liked and without any questions asked, my old chair was picked up, new chair installed and got my refund the next day.
Coming to the chair and my son used it for close to a month now – he just loves it and definitely better than the highly rated feather lite chair in the other room. Overall I am extremely happy with the purchase, the store and the impeccable service from Rakshit.
